Dear Families,

Thank you for supporting your child(ren) with the transition from summer routines to school start up and new routines to help them be successful this year. We appreciate your efforts and understand that this change requires HEART. We look forward to continuing to work together with you during this time. Overall, our start up has been fairly smooth and students are quickly following into routines.

Dropping off students – IMPORTANT – Please use the corners and crosswalks when crossing the street - our School Patrols will be out shortly to assist you. Thank You for not dropping off in the parking lot, as this area is not designed or designated as a drop off area.

The area designated in front of the school as a DROP OFF ONLY is working well, please do not leave your vehicle so that the flow of traffic is not interrupted. We ask that you please model the appropriate walking and driving safety at all times. Thank You!

Our Librarian, Ms. Kathy Rae made the decision to retire this fall. We are looking to hire a new librarian soon and to get the library up and running ASAP. We wish Ms. Rae all the best in her retirement and she will be missed at Richmond.

Important Reminders

  • The ‘Richmond School Information Package for 2024-2025’ was sent home last week and is due Friday, September 13. Please ensure that this information is updated on MyCBE and other pertinent information returned to the student’s classroom teacher.
