Dear Families,

It has been heartwarming to welcome our families back. Enjoy the Labour Day Long Weekend and we will see you on Tuesday, September 3.

Important Reminders

  • The ‘Richmond School Information Package for 2024-2025’ was sent home yesterday and is due Friday, September 13. Please ensure that this information is updated on MyCBE | PowerSchool and other pertinent information returned to the student’s classroom teacher.
  • Outside supervision is at 8:20 am and the entrance bell is at 8:25 am.  Students’ arrival to school on time is important to good routines, class instruction starting on time without interruptions. Please do your best to have your child(ren) arrive at 8:25 am.
  • If your child is ‘late’ they will need to enter through the Main Entrance and must check in the office with Ms. Chorney (School Secretary). This is necessary to ensure the students are marked ‘late’ and ‘not absent’ or you will receive a call with a message stating that they are not at school.

Lunch Supervision Registration

  • ALL students Grade 1-6 must be registered in this program if your child is staying at the school for lunchtime. There is a lunchroom fee that is charged for the supervision.
  • Healthy lunch, no nuts, water bottle (not glass)

Please register through your MyCBE account under the Fees, Waivers and Service Registration tab by September 16. You will register under the Lunch Supervision portion of this area.
