Dear Families,

Today Richmond staff were enthusiastically engaged in preparing our School Development Plan for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a time of ‘Looking Back to Walk Forward’, through the lens of our ‘Three year Educational Plan’ and the ‘Indigenous Education Holistic Lifelong Learning Framework’. Learning Excellence, Well-Being; Truth & Reconciliation, Diversity and Inclusion centre on Student Success.  It is with HEART that our School Development Plan is created.

We hope that the PD Day was an enjoyable one for you and your family.

Scholastic Book Fair

Scholastic book fair is coming to Richmond School in November. Ms. Stephanie Barclay our librarian will send an update next week.

Grade 6 Outdoor Camp Fundraiser

The Grade 6 students will be hosting a Halloween Candy Fundraiser, from October 23 - October 31.

Funds are going towards the cost of Grade 6 outdoor school which will take place later in the school year. Grade 6 students will be going around to all classes starting Wednesday October 23 to take orders for students that would like to purchase a candy bag.

Students will need to pay in advance for their candy bag order, and candy bags will be delivered by Grade 6 students at the end of the day, on October 31!
