Alexander Ferguson School and Richmond School Councils are hosting Paul Davis for an Internet Safety presentation for parents. The parent presentation will take place Friday, February 20 from 6:00 to 7:15 PM at Alexander Ferguson school located at 1704 - 26 St SW.
All parents are welcome to attend. Please note that children are not permitted to attend the evening session due to the sensitive nature of the material being discussed.
Earlier that same day, Paul Davis will be presenting age-appropriate Internet Safety sessions to students in Grades 4, 5, and 6 during the school day.
Paul Davis is a recognized Internet Safety Educator who works with schools, parents, and students to raise awareness about online risks such as social media use, gaming platforms, online predators, and digital decision making. His presentations focus on real-world situations and practical steps families can take to help children stay safe online. Paul regularly updates his content to reflect current trends and emerging online risks, so parents who have attended one of his presentations in the past can expect new and updated information.
This parent session is designed to help caregivers better understand the online spaces children are using, the risks they may encounter, and how to support safe and healthy online habits at home.
We encourage parents from both school communities to attend this informative evening.
