Important Reminders | Forms

Please ensure all online forms are also completed. There are several forms that still need to be completed. These were due September 15. You should have received an email through SchoolMessenger letting you know the Student Demographic Verification Form is still due. They will be found in your MyCBE account. If you are having a problem accessing them please call the School Office.

Ms. Gocal will be reaching out to families who have not yet completed their forms over the next week.

Richmond School Council Update

School Council Casino
Richmond School Council has a very important casino fundraiser coming up on Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25 at Elbow River Casino. We have the opportunity to host a casino every two years, and it raises approximately $80,000 for the school. Without it we would lose so much support to learning and enhancements for the students. A sign-up genius has been created to start filling positions for this casino. One volunteer shift is equivalent to donating $2000 to the school!! Anyone can volunteer for this, including family and friends. No experience or police record check is necessary! If you are available to help, the link is below, and it is greatly appreciated.

Richmond School Apparel

We are pleased to announce our Richmond Apparel Store is once again open for ordering. Please visit the following link if you would like to purchase any Richmond swag for your children or your family. Orders must be received by October 10th and will be delivered to the school for pick up in the middle of November.

FundScrip Fundraiser

We are excited to bring back the gift card fundraiser with FundScrip! Order deadline is Friday, November 14, 2025. Forms went home in your child(ren)’s backpack last week. Please note: orders cannot be made online, we collect all the forms and do a bulk order to save on shipping costs. We accept cash, cheques, and e-transfers.

Fun Lunches

The next Fun Lunch with Healthy Hunger that is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15 is cancelled. Healthy Hunger will reach out to parents who have placed a Subway order and will be given a choice to cancel their order with either a credit or a refund.
