Dear Families,
This week has been challenging with the Labour Disruption. Students have been adaptable and have used their voice to be truthful with one another. Improvement was seen overall in the respect shown for the spaces within the school. We hope that everyone enjoys the sunny days and warm weather this weekend.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held virtually on Thursday, March 20 from 4:30-8:00 pm and Friday, March 21 from 8:00 am -12:00 pm. Please SIGN UP through the My Conference App in your MyCBE Account. Booking times opened on Tuesday, March 11 at 9:00 am and closes on Monday, March 18 at midnight.
75th Anniversary Celebration
Thank you to our parent volunteers who helped in the classrooms with the felting this week!
The Felting Residency has been a huge success this week. Students are creating some felting masterpieces. Students are engaged in projects that represent a span over 75 years of past and present. Student art will be displayed at the 75th Anniversary.
Thank you for supporting the 75th question of the week, your responses are posted on our bulletin board, creating interesting conversation.
Spring Celebration 2025
The K-2 students were looking forward to performing for their families next week. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances with the Labor Disruption within CBE, we needed to cancel the upcoming Spring Celebration on Thursday, March 13. Students will still perform for the school next Thursday, which would have been their dress rehearsal. Their performances will be videotaped and will be shared with families at a later date.
Thank you for your support.
