With the recent spring-like weather, students have been enjoying time outdoors for P.E., community walks, and field trips. These opportunities have been a wonderful way to stay active and connected to our community.
Please note that some fields remain wet and icy. Thank you for sending extra clothing when needed and for taking extra care when walking across the school grounds. Your support helps keep everyone safe and comfortable.
As the weather continues to change, we are all practicing flexibility and adaptability this week. We appreciate your continued partnership and understanding.

Richmond School Council Update
Annual Family Skate Night Cancelled
Unfortunately, Richmond School Council has had to make the decision to cancel our Annual Family Skate Night. With the warm weather we are having and the water restrictions the Community Centre is unable to have the rink ready for us on our skate night. As we secure our rentals at the beginning of the school year, we are unable to reschedule this event for another time.
Stay tuned for updates on future events with parent council coming up over the next few months! Thank you for your understanding!
Staff Appreciation Cart
Now launching at Richmond School. Each month, our Parent Council will be restocking a staff cart with snacks and treats as a small gesture of gratitude for our hardworking staff. These thoughtful contributions go a long way in showing appreciation for the time, care, and dedication our teachers and support staff bring to Richmond School every day.
We are very grateful for any support families can provide. If you would like to contribute, please sign up using the link below.
