Thank you for braving the cold temperatures yesterday to attend the Winter Celebration for Grades 3–6. It was wonderful to see our community come together and share in the spirit of the season through music, including both vocal and instrumental performances. Our students were incredibly excited to perform for you, and your presence helped make the event truly special.

Popcorn Fundraising | Grade 6 Camp
Thank you to everyone that bought popcorn throughout the school day and before the Winter Celebration. Your generosity and support mean a lot to all of the grade 6's that will be going to Camp Kindle in June.
We still have approximately 300 bags of popcorn available. Next Tuesday, December 16 and Wednesday, 17, Grade 6 students will be selling the remainder of the popcorn during Lunch. Bags will be 2 for $5.00.

Staff Appreciation Cart
Now launching at Richmond School. Each month, our Parent Council will be restocking a staff cart with snacks and treats as a small gesture of gratitude for our hardworking staff. These thoughtful contributions go a long way in showing appreciation for the time, care, and dedication our teachers and support staff bring to Richmond School every day.

Fun Lunches
The next Fun Lunch with Healthy Hunger is Wednesday, January 14 with Edo Japan. The order deadline is Friday, January 9. All parents with children in Grades 1-6 who wish to participate in the school's fun lunches must visit the Healthy Hunger webpage and follow the instructions provided. Please note you will choose RICHMOND SCHOOL from the drop-down. Even if you have registered/ordered in previous years, you will need to register again to select your child's new class in order to place an order. Once registered you will also receive an email notifying you every time a new fun lunch is posted.
Here are the upcoming dates:
- Wednesday, February 18 Mucho Burrito, order deadline, Friday, February 13
- Wednesday, March 11 Mary Browns, order deadline, Friday, March 6
The deadline to order is Friday prior to the Fun Lunch Day.
