Proper Footwear for Phys-Ed
Now that the weather is warming up, we are now holding our PE lessons outside. This is just a safety reminder that all students must have athletic shoes every day for PE. Students wearing Crocs, sandals or other inappropriate footwear will not participate in Phys-Ed class.

Swimming – May and June – Volunteers Needed
We are still in need of volunteers to support swimming lessons. We are currently in need of several volunteers for Grade 4, and Grade 5 lessons on June 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, and 23.
We are particularly in need of volunteers who are able to support students in the boys’ change room. If you are able to volunteer, please complete the volunteer form at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/dN0N8TrA1T.

Richmond School Talent Show 2026
Thank you to all families that returned the form for talent show participation. No further forms will be accepted this year.
For performers that have not yet auditioned/recorded their act, information about audition dates will be emailed home soon. Please support your student(s) in practicing so that they are ready and bring everything they need on their audition date. If recording is ahead of schedule, students may be given the option to audition early or to keep their original date.

Staff Appreciation Cart
Thank you very much with the support we have received with the monthly snack cart for our Staff! These thoughtful contributions go a long way in showing appreciation for the time, care, and dedication our teachers and support staff bring to Richmond School every day.

Fun Lunches
The last Fun Lunch for this School Year with Healthy Hunger is Wednesday, June 17 with Opa’s. The order deadline is Friday, June 12. All parents with children in Grades 1-6 who wish to participate in the school's fun lunches must visit the HHealthy Hunger webpage and follow the instructions provided. Please note you will choose RICHMOND SCHOOL from the drop-down. Even if you have registered/ordered in previous years, you will need to register again to select your child's new class in order to place an order. Once registered you will also receive an email notifying you every time a new fun lunch is posted.
